The ALOUT project equips youth workers, trainers, and educators with tools, training, and know-how to write clear, measurable learning outcomes. By improving the quality of youth work and youth work training, it enhances recognition of competencies within the field and beyond, including the labor market and education systems.
It empowers organizations to connect their learning outcomes with systems like EQF, Youthpass, and Open Badges. The project includes research, roadmap creation, workshops, tutorial videos, updated guidelines, and a GPT assistant. Outcomes will be tested, compiled into a best practice guide, and shared through dissemination and advocacy, strengthening recognition and impact of youth work across Europe.
The project will receive up to 250.000 Euros from the Erasmus+ Programme and is planned to be implemented within 30 months, starting in November 2025.
